The first three months….

Bollix…I’m injured! I’ve pushed it too hard and ignored the one thing I worked hard on last year…core strength and flexibility. Running 3 races in 8 weeks (31, 50, 46 miles) without attention to the above has done me in. Medial effing knee pain.
